Healthy EAting for DIABetic


NO single food will supply all the nutrients your body needs, so good nutrition means eating a variety of foods. FOOD can be divide into four main groups. like: 1. Fruits and Vegetables (orange,apple,banana,carrot and spinach) 2. Whole Grains, cereal and bread (wheat,rice,oats,bran and barley) 3. DAIry Products (whole or skim milk,cream, yogurt) 4. MEAT, Fish, poultry, eggs, dried beans and nuts. It is important to eat food s from each group every day. By doing that, you ensure your body has all the nutrients it needs. The main nutrients in food are carbohydrates,proteins,fats,vitamins and minerals. Nutrients help your body work correctly, and make young bodies grow. Which FOODS are UNHEALTHY? FAT is nutrient, and you need some fat in your diet. But remember, too much fat isn't goo for anyone's health. And it can be very harmful to people with diabetes. Too much fat or cholesterol may increase the chance of heart disease and hardening of the arteries that leads to a heart attack. People with diabetes have a greater risk of developing these disease than those without diabetes. That's why it is important to limit the fat in your diet. YOu should plan your diet with the advice of the experts for you to have guide that tells you how much and what kinds of food you can choose to eat at meals and snacks. A good plan should fit in with your schedule and eating habits. It will also help keep your weight where it should be.
